@nturavrgchick6055 Well, we've reached the impass. It absolutely was NOT something ANY minor should have tried to rectify, in any manner. Bless him? He cannot fulfill his own responsibilities thus far -- which I don't blame him for, I don't know him -- and you endorse his vigilantism? He is the last person to be making these decisions. He could have been killed. At 17. What would you say then?

@khester7397 Does "may or may not apply" something you can read and figure out? What I stated was the law. I do not know if it applies to these facts.

@nturavrgchick6055 Lifeguard? You mean the basic first aid pertaining to water rescue? There was no water in Kenosha. That does not qualify anyone to be a medic. A medic has to finish high school and actually complete a certificate course. You know. Like at community college. This is a nuthouse. Good to know.
