  1. Absolutely no one who cannot follow a checklist or think logically could pass law school exams or any bar exam. Today the ultrawealthy get away with everything, but it wasn't the case for his generation, as was obvious by the fact that he did fail the NY Bar twice (which isn't rare, by the way). The Bar told him "no" twice. BTW, I'm not a fan at all. Someone with his means, and for this flight, could have easily engaged a co-pilot. He killed two people through gross negligence. There's no excuse. Also, I would never frequent a Kennedy. Their rate of accidental deaths involving unacceptable risks is well documented. But this video is chock full of nonsense.

Outstanding lawyers have failed NY and California, and when people fail by a hair, they think the second time will be a cinch. (Wrong.) In any case, the Bar told him "no" twice. And magazine publishing is incredibly difficult. So, according to you, advertisers told him no? That has nothing to do with any lack of brains on his part, but it does show yet again that he got no for an answer when warranted.

  14.  @oderblock  Lawyers are exceptionally good at seeing through the fluff, tuning out the buzz, and focusing entirely on facts. People who cannot do that, and cannot follow a decision tree, do not graduate from NYU Law School.

He was plenty smart enough, he was not particularily spoiled, he knew what work is, and he heard "no" plenty of times.

But we need to make up stuff? The facts aren't damning enough? What a mentality! It's why people exaggerated how bad TRUMP was! As if there were a need . . . !
