  1. The affidavit in support of the arrest warrant has not yet been made public, because Idaho law does not allow that. So, we don't yet know the nature of the DNA evidence they have, much less that they have a match with this particular person. Reports have mentioned genealogical DNA, which would usually mean that of a close relative. No reason to overstate it, especially since genealogical DNA is more interesting.
