  2. I could not disagree more. This is exactly the logic used when a single denunciation gets an excellent employee of 20 years fired. We've all seen this. The truth is, such abrupt changes are rare. These corrections officials have an interest in claiming there were no signs that anyone missed. "It just happened." Huge rarity.
