  2.  Creative Renewal  Social media has been the death of the Bill of Rights. No one who hasn't been subpoenaed to testify in court has to say anything to anybody. On the witness stand, they can invoke the Fifth Amendment. What they can't do is not show up to court, or lie under oath, or misrepresent anything, or be misleading. Those are crimes. Silence isn't.
