Creative Renewal Social media has been the death of the Bill of Rights. No one who hasn't been subpoenaed to testify in court has to say anything to anybody. On the witness stand, they can invoke the Fifth Amendment. What they can't do is not show up to court, or lie under oath, or misrepresent anything, or be misleading. Those are crimes. Silence isn't.

@pradeepspace Silence is not a crime. This has nothing to do with emotion, of any sort. Yeah, now that the First and Fourth Amendments have been eviscerated, let's start working on destroying the Fifth. Let's all do it for Gabby. Because her boyfriend's parents are skunks. Sounds like a plan.
