Citizen's United . . . That is First Amendment law, too.

@truthcker53 Follow the money?

@allanbrown3065 I think a look in your mirror might be essential at this point.

That would be different.

Now I can exhale. Thank you, Tio Bernie.

@DonJohnson-rd5yd No, in America it isn't treason at all. It's protected speech and symbolic expression. That very question, on that content, was decided by the Supreme Court a long time ago.

@Sleightofhand-m2e There's nothing automatic about it. The totality of facts and circumstances determine whether a course of conduct is "interference" under the laws of those countries. Opinions alone are not interference. The ball is in their court. As for here, it's possible that Musk will have to choose: be part of the new administration, or continue saying and doing things our allies define as interference under their laws, but not both. That's the only consequence that I can think of based on everything he has done so far.

@ScytheNoire Too bad I was just censored.

@vasilyfamilienko4318 It's not illegal here. People with money have big megaphones. Besides, I was disagreeing with the person who suggested that it can't be more than the expression of an opinion. It could very well be illegal in UK or Germany, key allies. So it's up to Trump to tell him to chose -- work for the government or keep up his antics.

@raxxtv1998 You are most welcome. Enjoy.

Why don't we elect the best to be president?

@greatmahatmagandhi4713 Thank you. A note of realism for once.

@bl8388 You know the answer.

He'll fit right in.

$120 billion is over fifty million a year for every year since the birth of Jesus. To be fair, if your IQ is 1754 and your day has 50,000 hours . . . 😂🤣🤣🤣 "meritocracy" 😂😂😂😅
1
$233 billion since the election? Wow, they work hard.
1
Trump? Yup.

No, it doesn't. That's why every dollar spent on care goes farther in every other country. No massive insurance apparatus to support. There was a time when we innovated the most, although that was slightly exaggerated. That's gone, as well. What single-payer universal health does is incentivize better nutrition for the entire population. Everyone has a stake in universal good health. No country with single-payer has our obesity and chronic illness!

@Sleightofhand-m2e Words alone are not "hate crimes."
1
@vasilyfamilienko4318 What do you mean by "enforcement?"
1
@raxxtv1998 You would love Nadine Strossen's book on "hate speech." She carefully demonstrates how every law designed to limit discussion of those topics, or advocacy of those systems, has backfired big time.
