Here's a thought: get an elegant planner, and set aside a time to write things in it, preferably daily but no stress, when you want to. Do that for a few weeks. Then go tech-free for 36 hours. (I'm thinking to attach that to my 36-hour fast.)

Twenty years? Nearly forty. People stopped eating dinner together in the 80s.

P. S. Obviously, the idea is to have enough written in your planner that you DO NOT NEED your phone/tablet/laptop. If I don't write things down, I will need my tech.
