He had NO business whatsoever being in Kenosha, and no business carrying any firearm, anywhere. Look, I don't even support charging and trying him as an adult. He is not fully abled. You truly do not see that? What is WRONG with you?? How can you possibly support a 17-year-old carrying a big 'ole GUN, when we live in the country where Columbine, Sandy Hook, Marjorie Stoneman Douglas, and Virginia Tech took place?   4. Moreover, have you seen the charging document? "Self-defense" does not apply as a defense to all of the charges he is facing, and whether it applies to any of them will be determined after a thorough investigation. How conceited can you be to imagine that you know what legal defenses apply, based on watching a few unauthenticated videos? I am quite sincere when I say he should not be tried as an adult. He needs rehabilitation, not decades in jail. Some of the adults egging him on are probably beyond redemption.

(See James Baldwin for the definition, which has nothing to do with "race" and pertains to mentalities. Baldwin met no such "white" people in Europe.) Actually, come to think of it, not everyone considered my father to be "white." He looked like a cross between Puerto Rican and Lebanese.

So, there is only one high school he could go to, and that one violated his rights, and he had no recourse. That's plausuble, sure. All your mistakes go in one direction. Why is that? Do you even know how video is entered into evidence, in a real court? With witness testimony, establishing authenticity and chain of custody. This is not an easy case. They have not even BEGUN to investigate and interrogate everyone who has material evidence. They may drop or downgrade some charges once they do, or perhaps not. Or maybe they should just ask you instead? Ask the right-thinking people.

  37. For the US, this is about oil. For Russia and China, it is about dollar hegemony. I expected them to move on the dollar in this decade, just not so soon. Our national debt is 135% of our GDP, give or take. Russia's is under 20% of its GDP. And we owe China money, and China is our offshore manufacturing colony via private contracts and US bases protecting those contractors. Just think it through. :/ Poor Ukraine, pawns like the Serbs.

Russia chose to escalate it, hence were honor bound to win it by April -- May at the latest, when they knew exactly what the US was going to do. Every life that has been lost, and every square foot of shelter destroyed (in an already poor country) since May is unconscionable and horrifying.
