  4. Complete, utter nonsense about Michael Ratner. He was a lawyer. He used what he knew to gain habeas corpus for Guantanamo prisoners, a near-miracle achievement. He was always an activist. He protested all of these wars, every last one, when Moyn was interning in the CLINTON White House.
