  1. For the US, this is about oil. For Russia and China, it is about dollar hegemony. I expected them to move on the dollar in this decade, just not so soon. Our national debt is 135% of our GDP, give or take. Russia's is under 20% of its GDP. And we owe China money, and China is our offshore manufacturing colony via private contracts and US bases protecting those contractors. Just think it through. :/ Poor Ukraine, pawns like the Serbs.
