How does that apply here? Kennedy is an eminent toxic torts lawyer and has been litigating these types of issues for his entire career. Both Briahna Joy Gray and Kim Iversen have done solid segments on their shows on the issue. Kennedy certainly has informed views on regulatory policy and how to avoid conflicts of interest. You don't have to agree with him, but the story that he's some crank is straight-up false.

@Will_Moffett Kennedy IS a policy expert on this issue, one of the very best. Or do you think Hotez should have sole power to influence politicians to suspend fundamental rights? On what basis? Have you ever read a book on medical ethics predating 2019?

The foreign policy "elites" are not spreading misinformation. The US economy and the economies of its allies are fragile, and need all of the natural resources controlled by Russia and its allies to be far less well defended, so that the West can exploit them while maintaining dollar hegemony. The West has always needed to control these resources, and has never needed that control more than it does today.
