Only a short time later, "doctors" were persuading parents that puberty blockers were needed to keep their 12 year old from committing suicide. Marriages were breaking up, with one parent pushing for this and the other trying to save their child. They are emboldened now. They know what they can do to get us to do what they want.

@Tomiply What do you mean by "she got hit bad?" What were her symptoms? Was she hospitalized? COVID is usually like a flu, only longer lasting. And the CDC guidance is deficient -- most people are contagious for at least 8 days. After 16 days, they have better immunity than the vaccinated, and pose less danger to others than you do. I just got over it. I'm fine.

What scares me is that we wouldn't be able to trust them in the event of a truly serious disease. Very few people had more than a 1% chance of death, but what if we were to have a virus with a 20% fatality rate? And a poor vaccine??
