Consider carefully whether modern pollution has made that a less beneficial practice than it once was. In light of how COVID came into the world, scrutinize everything. It's not a wholesome environment anymore. There are no unpolluted fish.

Note to self: make soups this winter starting with a base of carrots or sweet potatoes (vitamin A) and red onions (polyphenols, quercetin). Second note to self: time to GET BUSY

@jeffme6891 He has never misrepresented his credentials or failed to post the actual paper, which you are welcome to read or see reviewed elsewhere. Dr. Mobeen Syed often presents the same research, in a more in-depth way. He is an MD with an engineering background. I've seem Campbell make an occasional error; Dr. Syed, never.

@knyckname3295 Most meats are low in Vitamin A. And the ones that are high, like liver, are often toxic. You need to know your source for those meats.

@eggbenedict-gt7mw It's true that there was a study that linked megadoses of Vitamin A with increased cancer rates in male smokers, while Vitamin A strictly from whole foods like spinach was beneficial. They are still unclear as to why.

@Patvk8 While in the US, a DO will be hired to run an emergency room, to save money. A DO without extensive experience is not competent to do so. The one in my neighborhood is too young to have that. Astounding.
