I saw that law. Your statement is not correct. Nor has the law passed. There are several more steps before it becomes the law. Don't get me wrong, I oppose the law. But it is more on the order of an anti-euthanasia measure, to stop charlatans from urging ineffective treatments that could cause a vulnerable person to reject lifesaving care. I am afraid it is too broad for that purpose. But it is not pro-mRNA. France stopped using that. Look it up.
