  4. I wish -- not exactly. But almost. It ruled that that old smallpox case from over a hundred years ago can't apply to COVID vaccines to permit mandating them for work unless they actually prevent COVID. It still might be wrong to mandate them, but all these different government entities relied on that old case to require the vaccine. The 9th Circuit said nope. It also made fun of the CDC phrase "safe and effective." The court said, "Safe and effective for what?" 😏
