@kathleenmccollum4040 Great news! Thanks! BMJ reported that vegans, vegetarians, and modified vegetarians (who eat fish) may be at substantially lower risk of severe COVID. DW (Germany) picked up the story right away. American media: silent. Could eating vegetarian for six weeks during vaccination cut down on the side effects, possibly? Has anyone studied that? (Is that a stupid question?)

@TheTiayahi It seems like a stretch, based on preliminary data, but the frustration comes from the fact that in the US, it is clear that media and politicians are not leveling with us, and it is also unbearable to feel as though there is nothing you yourself can do to improve your chances of having good health and freedom again. If eating vegetarian for six weeks can reduce risk, I say do it. If it can. It is a reasonable plan, in that it won't hurt.
