Notice the choice of words. Fascinating, huh?

  5.  @flamingpieherman9822  This is correct. Fasting more than 72 hours generally requires checking in with a doctor. Lots of people do a 36-hour fast three or four times per month, and confine daily meals to 6 to 10 hours, thus fasting 14 hours or more on a regular basis. But this is advice for people WITHOUT comorbidities. I would not do it if I had any blood sugar issues or digestive issues, or any other issues!
