I know that a "nanoparticle" is, generally, three orders of magnitude smaller than a red blood cell. I had concerns when I learned that. I had to verify it several times, I thought it had to be wrong. Someone else look again for me, to check. I can't go through this any more. Mathematics does not lie.

A quote from the paper, emphasis supplied: "The reported incidence of (epi-)myocarditis after vaccination is low and the risks of hospitalization and death associated with COVID-19 are stated to be greater than the recorded risk associated with COVID-19 vaccination." Notice the choice of words. Fascinating, huh?

"But that's because of the Internet!!"

@flamingpieherman9822 This is correct. Fasting more than 72 hours generally requires checking in with a doctor. Lots of people do a 36-hour fast three or four times per month, and confine daily meals to 6 to 10 hours, thus fasting 14 hours or more on a regular basis. But this is advice for people WITHOUT comorbidities. I would not do it if I had any blood sugar issues or digestive issues, or any other issues!
