  5. I'm not a doctor and cannot give advice, but what I have been doing since before the pandemic is doing careful research on the foods and other health habits that reduce inflammation in the body. I use the peer-reviewed journals, which have lots of articles on the subject now, and sources like Linus Pauling Institute. It's a lot of work, but I started doing it when I was a caregiver for my father. I believe people can rebuild their health. Don't despair! 😊
