  1. I think a blond woman is more likely to be bullied at work, because the bullies see her as "having too much." Blond hair and brilliant? Those were the biggest targets at work that I've seen.

  3. Re: the bullying There are only three questions --- Do you have a supportive husband who loves you? Are your kids all right? Do you have enough money? If all three are "yes," and you're sure, then you need therapy to put this in perspective, and an outstanding lawyer to go after these flying monkeys, both.
