You mean like Congress? No, they have a right to pass unconstitutional laws.

@Savssmiles Columbia canceled classes and called police out of fear of Stefanik and her ilk in Congress, trampling on the rights they swore to protect. Professors are furious. No one was prevented from attending classes by the protests. Aerial photos prove it.

To think that it was just yesterday that Epstein finally got arrested.

So that was what your high school was like. How was kindergarten?

"Five percent?" Oh really? My law school just declared that 28% of its 2022-2023 first year class identifies as LGBTQ+.

Kennedy's presentation on the economics and politics of vaccines in the US is very interesting. But this is why I research childhood vaccines in other countries, where infant mortality is lower and life expectancy is higher. Most of them vaccinate, but not with as many vaccines so quickly. Japan gives very few vaccines before 22 to 24 months of age. A lot of places known for the good health of children, like Germany, Sweden, etc., use a slower schedule. But kids all over the world ARE vaccinated. Not just American kids.

It's true that people who get a flu shot are more likely to be asymptomatic carriers. They have the flu but it is so mild they ignore it and are contagious. I've had that happen. I had such a mild flu but had to stay home anyway, to avoid infecting other people.

@thebillryan 💯 Exactly

In fact, an interim report from Israel to the ICJ is due on Monday, stating whether and how it is complying with the ICJ's directives to protect the Palestinians from genocide. Everyone should read the findings. It's really worth the time.

Kennedy gives reasons for looking to non-American media and research institutions for unbiased information. The whole world is not controlled by the NIH, CDC, and FDA.

@jeanalice4732 That's also your right.

The New York Times reported that American troops who tried to stop p---philes among "our allies" in Afghanistan were told to shut up, and one who refused to shut up was later assassinated by these "allies." That's what happened to our service members who tried to save KIDS.

Where did you find this case? The Supreme Court website has no such case that I could find, using your suggested search terms separately or together.

The vaccine, because of how it is engineered, cannot give you COVID, but it is not so great at preventing infection. It is supposed to be over 90% effective in preventing severe COVID and death. Strange, since people under 30 already have that much resistance to severe COVID and death. People under 45 or 50 may also. Once you hit 50 and over for men, 60 for women, you see much more severe COVID, and more death. Long COVID might be worse than we think, and much more widespread, and the vaccine is supposed to prevent long COVID.
1
Exactly. The principle that vaccination is generally a good thing isn't the problem. *This* vaccine is the problem.

@danieloyeleye3257 The latest statistic from the Israeli Ministry of Health is that of all the serious to critical cases of COVID in hospital, 70% are not vaccinated, 20% were partially vaccinated, and 10% were fully vaccinated. I found this by clicking through Worldometer. Sobering! This is not to say the fully vaccinated cases did not have other health issues, the Ministry website I looked at did not say, but now you know why they began giving booster shots already. Overall cases of COVID in the fully vaccinated is higher.
1
I wonder whether it is the vaccine itself that is the problem, or whether the lack of truthfulness is. Just tell us the truth. We can take it. Build some trust. BTW, Kennedy is alarmist, too.

@rudydesi NAACP v. Claiborne Hardware; Hess v. Indiana; Brandenburg v. Ohio . . . Looks like the Supreme Court doesn't see it your way. In the meantime, a report from Israel to the ICJ is due on Monday, stating what it is doing to protect Palestinians from genocide.
