  3. If you can't be vegan, start out by never eating fellow mammals again. It's a big hump to get over, but once you do I promise you'll never regret it, and never go back.

  4.  @BringDHouseDown  I eat cheese and eggs in moderation, wild caught fish when my doctor insists. Beans and mushrooms, of course. All organic or non-GMO. This is a very healthy diet. No one (or almost no one) needs mammal flesh to survive.
