  1. $38 million is over $4,430 per hour --- for every hour of every day in the entire year, waking, sleeping, holidays, vacations, 24/7/365. He must work hard, huh? Most people have to work the entire month to make that. Or, compare it with the minimum wage, which is closer to what Chipotle workers make . . .

  2. But let's say Chipotle's CEO works a 60-hour week, all 52 weeks per year. That's over $12,170 per hour. Impressive! I could retire in two weeks, no problem. Sweethearts, start doing the math.
