Let's step back from the insanity and look at this from a naive standpoint. Teens have always had whacky fads. So, Sam wants to be called Shirley and Gretchen is Greg. Shirley is going to put on a dress, heels, and black nail polish. Greg is going to get a crewcut and wear combat boots. Does anyone see a reason for serious hormone medication here? Why?
