  2. @Robert Porter, in France, university admission is always always always based on achievement, and never on "aptitude" tests. The SAT is an adult IQ test, and it is not normed on women, working classes, bilingual ethnic groups of any race, etc. In France, you earn the right to advance at university based on what you have achieved so far -- which is based on hard work.

BTW, Elizabeth Warren never got a Harvard appointment based on her heritage. She was very good in her area of law, but much more important, MARRIED a Harvard law professor. So, she made it on terms these two would accept. (Look up "spousal hire.")

  8. @Dean, Hanson is a relentless warmonger and Peterson makes many good points but gets stuck too often in ressentiment and surprising flashes of inexplicable anger -- which in 2023 is a sure moneymaker. I studied ancient Greek philosophy in Paris, BTW. I think I can evaluate these two cogently.
