This is still insufficient for an arrest. In any event, what jobs should be open to actual felons, once they have served their sentences? Should they work again? Which jobs? What's open, what's closed?

More people major in Financial Engineering than in various "Gender Studies"-type fields, which is a rare degree -- and probably leads to some decent jobs in advertising or fashion merchandising.
