She does.

California lawyer and former Senator. Gawd! SUPER sad.
10
@gammasmash1924 You think that's envy??
10
@peetky8645 Reports are that she had the test BECAUSE she had significant health issues in the pregnancy. She's a young woman. There was no reason for testing until the problems cropped up. Duh. And by the way, this should be YOUR call because . . . ? Because a special kind of megalomania afflicts people nowadays?
10
Bri ROCKS. Give it up: 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
10
Oh stop. Just stop.
10
No, her First Amendment point is highly pertinent. This is key, for all of these cases. The guest gave a perfect answer.
10
@cassiescornerreviews6884 The business about "variants" is clearly nonsense: they were pushing the VERY SAME mRNA vaccines (as well as other vaccines, in UK, for example) through MANY variants, and making the same unsubstantiated claims about their efficacy in reducing spread.

Notice how vague "gender-affirming care" is? What, exactly? Letting every kid who wants to wear makeup wear makeup, etc.? Getting counseling for every kid who needs counseling? Who is against this? Why does any of this require dangerous drugs for minors?
10
"Long-term effects?" The pandemic policies destroyed my life.
10
"The most powerful network of men in the world. . . ." -- Ryan Grim That made my mind come to a halt. He's right.
10
This took forever.
10
Are you kidding? They got their money, and they can't be held liable.
10
When it took me while to recover from COVID, which was no big deal, I discovered that the CDC diagnoses "long COVID" much sooner than the WHO does. Color me shocked, shocked. :/
10
@mmolchin That's easy. Socialism for Wall Street, straight from the Federal Reserve.
10
Soviets stopped a nuclear exchange twice: Arkhipov and Petrov.
10
A financialized economy based on indebtedness and corporate looting, rather than people being rewarded for making real things, is what happened.
10
@rorygreen2088 Some of it is true. She openly dated the SF mayor, who was estranged from his wife long before he met Kamala. She then got some very important appointments. Her husband is well-connected also. This is common, actually.
10
Maybe you should take a look at the Westboro Baptist Church case; RAV v. City of St. Paul; and Brandenburg v. Ohio. RAV was a Scalia opinion, and Scalia joined the opinion on the flag-burning case (Texas v. Johnson, I believe). You're confusing the First Amendment with Miss Manners.
10
@1956paterson A real university education is not only supposed to provide the skills for a job, but real flexibility: to go to graduate or professional school, right away or years later, to switch careers later in life if you want to and need to, to provide career and placement counseling to alumni forever. That was the promise. I remember.
10
@sammyslam1 So, if the telephone company had refused to give telephones to, say, Angela Davis, the solution was for the Panthers to start their own telephone company? Kim just explained how she started from nothing. People like her should start over? If a lifetime were infinite and we could skip meals at will, sure.
10
Alexander Cockburn used to say the same thing.
10
The ability to edit used to let you know something you wrote was still up. That's no longer true, either.
10
@susiq1121 That's purely your view. The First Amendment does not allow government to pick a preferred viewpoint on the question.
10
My family is abroad. I'm afraid Americans will ruin that, too.
10
Why a Glock? Seriously?
9
Robbie's ignorance almost ruined this segment.
9
Not up to Gaddafi level yet. "Our side" did a great job there.
9
@rodiculous9464 Yeah, because trans kids used to be enslaved.
9
@saltymonkey8874 Not at all. They can't see the world from multiple perspectives. They don't seem to understand. China does not believe Ukraine is a sovereign country. They OBVIOUSLY believe it is a US puppet. With Department of Defense funded biolabs. I don't agree, you don't agree, the guys don't agree. That's nice. Kim can put herself in other people's places with ease.
9
@shahbazshaikh9169 As a matter of fact, that bare theoretical possibility would have to be reasonably foreseeable to matter at all. It would then apply to grad students dating undergrads. After all, they serve as TAs, and it's not rare for people with the same interests to date. What if one of them later becomes your instructor? Yee gads! We don't curtail a basic right based on a bare possibility.
9
The look of disgust both Briahna and Emily have in this part of the segment was perfect. They couldn't suppress it. Wonderful.
9
DEI looks like a typical fraud -- designed to stop lawsuits against employers, which is what Brie said. People who criticize every such effort (and this one really deserves it) do need to put some energy into proposing real solutions. As for Briahna, she needs to speak more slowly, with fewer digressions. She sounds like she is speed-reading a legal brief, not presenting an opinion as a newscaster who wants to communicate with the audience.
9
Later in the segment, it was revealed she was arrested.
9
He doesn't. He keeps getting boosted.
9
Duh. Who thought anything different was happening?
9
So, how many more true things are the Russians telling us? 🤣
9
She has zero taste for lying, or shaming, and you sense that.
9
The FBI also said the laptop was Russian disinfo.
9
Same here. 😐
9
You don't quintuple that, and more, without insider trading. How many people's net worth and retirement were destroyed in the pandemic? Wouldn't you have loved to know to sell in 2019, and pick up Amazon and Tesla in 2020? Please. 😂
9
Why did Trump remove the moratorium on federal funding of gain of function research? Who whispered in his ear and flattered him?
9
@narendra62 Was there anything untrue here? It wasn't strong enough, if anything.
9
@deadgolfer6345 If it was your CEO arguing for no cost of living raise and no pension for you, because "we can't afford it," you might question it.
9
@aidanmartin7923 New ones were also built, with DOD money, oddly enough.
9
It's entirely unclear whether anything the guest is saying is factually accurate. The demonstrators at Columbia did not block anyone's ability to move freely, including to avoid them completely.
9
"They fact checked it on the show" -- Briahna. Wow, just wow.
9
@johnsonpatrick80 As long as it doesn't affect you, I wouldn't worry.
9
Exactly
