@alzer6467 Here's an idea: find an anti-Putin scholar or journalist who documented the presence of the Azov Battalion and other neo-Nazis in Ukraine prior to the present war. Lev Golinkin comes to mind. Consider also that Putin's actions strengthened the influence of neo-Nazis, rather than reducing it. Think it through a bit. You never know, you might like thinking. You don't have to tell anyone you did.

@alzer6467 If they are fully integrated into their military, yes. There have been credible reports that they've used human shields repeatedly, committed atrocities, and even threatened Zelensky if he signs peace terms they don't endorse. They have been prosecuting the civil war in the Donbass, which suddenly does not count. Oh to be an unworthy victim in American eyes, what a sad fate.
