  3.  @justinwallace390  "the train mishap" May you have just such a "mishap" in your back yard, and watch your property values go up in smoke. That alone, without the risk of serious illness, is reason enough to provide immediate federal assistance and go after the train company for restitution. Those are not state functions. States do not issue currency or monitor multistate transportation safety.
