  4.  @rhys5567  If funerals of service members who were killed in uniform could be picketed, provided there was sufficient distance between the protesters and the ceremony, then I really don't see why this is different. There must be noise ordinances, that apply to everyone, and thus to protesters as well. They have to start clearing out in time to meet the noise deadline. This is simpler than you want it to be.
