They are expected to recuse themselves if there is any conflict of interest, broadly defined; if, however, a Justice is in a position where he must recuse himself a lot, then his continuing as a Justice is obviously at issue. If Thomas had needed to recuse himself and failed to do so in a particular case, that may be a reason to impeach him. The theoretical possibility is not enough for impeachment.
