  2.  @michaelmcclure3383  She is talking about what is needed to prove a criminal case. Example: Drugged up son states, "my dad is sitting right here!!!" Is he? That's not adequate evidence of his presence. It is a good reason for an impeachment inquiry, among other things, but that won't convict anyone of anything, and shouldn't.
