Conservatorship means control over the person's own assets, not the US government's, and each of the men mentioned have wives. You knew this was a stunt, correct? That said, I don't mind it. They deserve the embarrassment. The Libertarian Party's lawyers might get fined, though. You can't bring a frivolous suit or a nuisance suit.

You think our servicemembers wouldn't get paid? Social Security checks wouldn't go out? The lights would be shut off at the Capitol? 🤪
