  2.  @larrysherk  You can't use that logic to scrap all civil liberties indefinitely and with no opportunity to challenge such rules. It's not evident that the death toll is legitimate, among other things. Dying with COVID as a contributing factor, or OF COVID, are not the same. Those who want power will insist that it is. P. S.   3. The law requires publication and a period of comment for ALL federal regulations. Emergency powers cannot last forever. That is illegal.
