  1. It's called the Precautionary Principle, Robbie. I don't trust studies that "prove" social media is safe for the very young any more than I trust the studies that COVID vaccines are safe for these kids. Kids and adults do not have either the same First Amendment protections or the same self-awareness to recognize a behavioral addiction. Kids will say they want to use it.
