@wstavis3135 In the US, the constitution provides that you have to violate a law in order to be criminally prosecuted. There has to be some law which was violated, and the prosecutor has to prove beyond reasonable doubt that each and every element of the law was violated. Dropping names isn't cognizable.

The penalty is to be dismissed immediately and to be disbarred. If Judge Pirro is ignorant of the oath that federal law clerks take, and what the possible federal crimes a person has violated by violating their oath, she should, um, LOOK IT UP.
