  1. "Vaccine" is not a magic word. Every medication that merits the name "vaccine" does not necessarily have all the characteristics of the best vaccines. Some vaccines actually improve immunity to infections overall, not just creating immunity to the microbe the vaccine is aimed at. Seems that others don't. Look up the 1976 swine flu rush to develop a vaccine that ended up causing neurological damage and had to be withdrawn.
