  1. I can see where she learned to argue this way -- this is what gets the highest marks in law school. No, I'm not kidding. Her one solid point was that the families of the victims have reason to request and have requested that the manifesto be kept confidential. The whole issue is whether that should prevent its disclosure. Documents like this can be redacted. She's not illogical at all. That's not the problem.
