  3.  @michaeldose2041  Not at all. Marxists split off decades ago. ACLU was often libertarian, and some prominent members were lauded by the Federalist Society. Have you ever read Nadine Strossen's book against hate speech laws? She takes the hardest line against speech codes and for free speech of any major lawyer.
