If that is the case, the appellate court will overturn it. Be sure of it.

@johnconnors6412 Appellate courts are different. They set legal precedent. Technically speaking, trial courts do not.

@TrentSLucas Brie qualified it each time by saying it was E Jean Carroll who makes the claim. She never said it took place. This is true. Carroll did and does make this claim. Listen again.

@evan258 This is disingenuous. If you want to know what a judgment is actually based on, you have to read the court documents. I haven't, so I don't know. Have you?
