  2. How would you know? Did you listen to what the prosecutor said? The law was already struck down as unconstitutional under the FLORIDA constitution.

  3.  @no1toolmkr  If he is upholding the STATE constitution then he is doing his job. You stopped listening before he stated why he took the position he did. That's the new thing now. Never listening to the guy you already decided was wrong.

  4. A law that was struck down as unconstitutional under Florida's constitution should not be enforced. The principles of lenity mean that when in doubt, do not criminalize conduct. That's what freedom used to be.
