  2. If you live on either coast, you're barely middle class. If you have a coastal mortgage, not even. Elsewhere, that is good money. You know this, right? But yeah, to pay more in taxes than Amazon does -- or Goldman Sachs does -- is obscene. That money belongs in an EMERGENCY FUND.
