@elrti319 No, Tesla requested a 4-month delay in proceedings. That was in April. Tesla's website has a statement about the suit with no note that it was subsequently concluded. Maybe you just don't know? Or, need to have bought some puts? 🤣

@elrti319 The State of California DFEH, among a slew of smaller suits that even I hadn't heard about. These are discrimination suits with some of the most horrendous allegations brought in decades against any company. You don't even bother to look up Tesla's own statement about it, in its defense, on its own website. Anybody can put anything over on you.

@taylorlibby7642 Examples: some people are too ashamed to make excuses, even when they have a right. Some people are very embarrassed to show disillusionment, so they act tough. Some people will never cry in public. Lots of diversity out there. Maybe those people stay away from you?

@elrti319 A major lawsuit was brought by the state, which is unusual, and is almost never done unless they plan to seek punitive damages or prosecute a class action. Why don't you find it and read it? Or do you prefer to discuss pronouns, I mean adjectives?
