  2. @OneLine122  Exactly. There is evidence for generational epigenetic trauma. And people recover from the trauma they themselves experienced, as well as from generational trauma. No, it's not like wealth, but it is not like eye color, either. This was just odd.

  4. Generational trauma has been demonstrated. Trauma itself can be overcome, and usually is. Van der Kolk is an example.

  5. @Mrs.Deanna_Ember  No. The state has to prove guilt. Every accused person is presumed innocent. "Acting guilty" is not evidence in court.

  6. @Mrs.Deanna_Ember  So, if you were on that jury, you'd ignore the instruction that tells you the prosecution has the entire burden of proof, and instead of weighing evidence you'd go by something the media said his mom said, but you never heard her say, much less testify to? Great. Next time you're called for jury duty, be sure to let the court know during voir dire.
