  2. This isn't the "left." Nowhere is this happening but in the US, and on a much smaller scale in the UK. The left in the rest of the world sounds like Krystal or like Roger Fisk, here. They succeeded in smearing Jeremy Corbin as an "anti-Semite." They tried to do the same thing to J-L Melenchon and he smashed them.

  7. This is maddening. This was not use of the word, but mention. If you had a racial discrimination case where someone did use the word, you would HAVE to say the word in court. Out loud. Same if a cop used it. You report him, you testify. If a child pornography case goes to trial, the jury has to look at the pictures. Same thing for obscenity. Things that are clearly crimes have to be looked at. The jury will be prepared for it in advance, because it is difficult, but people often need to face difficult things.
