  1. Where did you get that? If race-based admissions are unconstitutional, that does not mean schools cannot continue to advocate for "diversity, equity, and inclusion." That advocacy is protected by the First Amendment. On the other hand, preventing students from arguing against DEI violates THEIR rights.

  2. I am REALLY big on age appropriate, and am consistent: I don't agree juveniles should be tried for crimes as adults, ever. A book about Harvey Milk could be fine in 6th grade. Depends on what it says, doesn't it?
