@paulhildum2309 Oh, okay. Then you do know. Ford relied on the Burdick case to pardon Nixon. But in that case, the Court also said that accepting a pardon does imply acknowledging some level of culpability. It's just that without an indictment, we can't specify exactly what that culpability is. It's not wonderful. 😒

Wrong, Robby. Read the Burdick v. US case. Acceptance of a pardon is acknowledging culpability.
