We should all reflect on how someone like this dude was trusted in the first place.

They can contact the bankruptcy court and offer their records to the trustee or the judge assigned to examine the documents.

@jamesdrake2378 Why does everyone think this? You've never seen the Fifth Amendment invoked before Congress? No one can force anyone to testify against their own interest before any agent of government whatsoever when criminal charges are possible. Once the criminal case is over and civil charges are brought, he can either testify, settle, or default. In America, you can't be forced to talk.

@jamesdrake2378 If he chose to invoke the 5th, he would do so for every question. But you're right, we don't know for certain whether he would have invoked the 5th, the way his parents undoubtedly would have begged him to do. He's weird.

@marywalters1181 The recipients of the SBF campaign contributions should have their attorneys contact the appointed bankruptcy trustee. This isn't tough, they are just pulling the wool over our eyes yet again.

It's called the bankruptcy trustee. These politicians can have their lawyer contact the court assigned to preside over the bankruptcy proceeding, and formally declare what they got from SBF and when. They try to make it seem obscure.

Anyone can invoke the Fifth Amendment. He could have said nothing on advice of counsel anyway.

@darylhenry9595 You have your lawyer contact the bankruptcy trustee, or the judge assigned to examine the documents.

@davidscott5903 Well, first off, thank you. But this is so normal, I'm not being good. We are all being duped into thinking something normal is extraordinary. Trust me I'm not trying to sound modest. I had have my moments of genuine fear lately. I do not like this picture at all. BTW, my suggestion probably wouldn't work to make victims whole, but it is the right thing to do. If you got funds that were almost certainly the proceeds of a fraud, and the person has declared bankruptcy, as someone sworn to uphold the Constitution you have your attorney contact the bankruptcy court. It's not possible that I know and they don't. It doesn't take being "good."

@davidscott5903 Nicely said. But I swear to you, the truth may be worse: they KNOW they are supposed to do this. They swore an oath to follow the law. This "charity" stuff is deliberate smoke and mirrors.

@rogerward9684 How is it that people don't stop and think? On the other hand, let's see where the anonymous JFK revelations go . . . :/ And after that, more information about 9/11, among other things.
