@Joseph_Knight Everyone knows to say no. Of course the entourage of a major star can always get a separate room. They have rooms held for that.

@Cereal_Killer007 I do agree about the hotel room. But errors in judgment don't give anyone license to assault you. Still, I agree it is extremely bad judgment.

Nomiki even got confused about who claimed who made the d-threat against whom. Wow. 😂

These two didn't read the court documents. It's perfectly obvious. Reporting on lawsuits is generally pretty poor, but this was exceptional.

These two didn't read the court documents, and what little Nomiki looked at clearly confused her. Legal reporting is usually bad, but this is off the charts. No way to know who is telling the truth.

Too bad my other post, pointing out that these newscasters clearly did not read the court documents, and how bad their reporting on this case is, is . . . Guess! I did read the court documents, and they have no idea what they're talking about. None.

Made to sound that way, for clicks.

@Cereal_Killer007 Have you read the complaint? That doesn't contain evidence, but it has to allege the elements of every claim she's making. It's an assertion that they can and will bring forward the evidence necessary to support each claim.

A complaint is a series of allegations that the plaintiff claims he or she can prove in court. It does not constitute proof at all. These two don't seem to have read the complaints, and what little Nomiki skimmed in the less-developed complaint, she got very confused. Who does she think alleged threats against whom? 😂

Neither of them read the court documents. They don't know what they're talking about either way.

And if I spell out exactly what is wrong in their reporting, and why, guess what happens? That part is easy.

You'd think real journalists would have read the court documents, and asked someone with legal training what they meant if they didn't understand them. But no. This is 2024. No need. /s

This report can't tell you either way. They didn't even read the court documents. They didn't see the demand letter. They truly have no clue about what is going on in this case, pro or con.

Did either of you read the demand letter? Do you know how it compares with other demand letters? Do you know that he had no inkling of the allegations prior to receiving the demand letter? Have you read the actual court documents? EDIT: It is obvious you didn't read the documents. Nor is the alleged demand letter attached to the complaint available online. Nor is it evident why he sued her in federal district court in Mississippi, rather than seeking removal of her state court action in California to federal court, when it pertains to the same set of facts. THIS is legal incompetence. Maybe read next time? Nah. 😂😂😂

If his agent did at his instruction, legally it's the same.

NO NOMIKI, the allegation is that she made up a story about Garth plotting against her. Lord have mercy.
