@ibprofinnope8779 So in a country that has had repeated mass shootings, for decades, brandishing large automatic weapons at the doors of a state legislature is a perfectly proper way to make your grievances known? Standing at a door with a weapon like that IS blocking access -- to a building that belongs to the public.

@MiroslawHorbal And assuming that's the case, that is relevant -- how? As long as the very large weapons brandished are "semi-automatic," there's no ground to object? In fact, a President tweeting his support is fine? Do they have to be carrying the very same firepower as Stephen Paddock and Adam Lanza, otherwise no cause to complain? We weren't debating the "finer points" of a new gun law here.

@slimpickins09er87 You didn't say they were toys. I said they were toys. Well, I so surmised, based on the discussion. Obviously. They were no threat to anyone. They were incapable of intimidating anyone, causing anyone to steer clear, or inflicting death or bodily injury. They could not be used to harm a small cocker spaniel. Just props, I tell you. Cosplay. Early Halloween. I know, it took me too long to figure it out. Not everyone is as smart as you. I'm just a girl.

@ARcoholic ARcoholic If no one has been arrested, how do you know who did it? Most of us were against "CHOP," a roving invitation to false flags of every stripe. The quick change in name was dubious enough.
