  6. @Joe-pc3hs  Well, the United States is the main instigator of the Ukraine war and feeds it, and is also the main weapons supplier for the genocide taking place in Gaza. Our involvement means that the wars ARE the business of Americans. I don't know the nature and extent of our involvement -- and hence, responsibility -- in these other areas.

  25. Understand something: it goes the other way around much more. A certain pressure group in the US is responsible in large part for Netanyahu. Read Haaretz or watch Amy Goodman and listen closely. It is not true that the ordinary Israeli wants war. They are angry now --- of course. I was stunned and horrified on October 7, too. But I have an Israeli friend who told me 25+ years ago that Netanyahu would be a disaster.
